Greater Europe Real Estate Opportunities s.r.o. (Gereo)
is the Czech entity through which all investment projects of K + Real Estate Partners B.V. and its related partners are managed and developed. Gereo is responsible for all research, project preparatory and management functions of the undertaken real estate investment and development projects.
The main focus is development of medium-size, high duality residential projects, on prime locations and earmarked for well defined target groups. Special attention is given to so called “secondary cities”.
The investments made include green-field and brown-field projects, as well as projects focussing on the conversion of existing buildings.
Each investment made is undertaken in conjunction with reputable local partners. Through the co-investment partners extra know how and experience is made available which benefits the success and results of each project
