Greater Europe Real Estate Opportunities s.r.o. (Gereo) is managing and developing residential real estate investments in the „Greater Europe“ area. Since 1999 investments are made in Bulgaria, the Slovak Republic and for the greater part in the Czech Republic. It has offices operated by specialists in each of these countries.
Since the start of its operations the investments exceeded 120 million euro and realised sales are over 1 billion Czech crowns. The total estimated sales of projects currently under development are approximately 5,5 billion Czech Crowns.
All investments are realised through dedicated funds financed by a small group of Dutch Private Investors. These investors have significant interests in a variety of international companies with offices around the globe.
